The Residences at Al Barari is an ultra-luxury villa community featuring nearly 190 standalone mansions. These grand homes are divided into four distinct types: A, B, C, and D. Type A villas are the largest, with each subsequent type decreasing in size, and while all have unique floorplans, Types A and B share more similarities with each other, as do Types C and D. The Residences were developed with handovers starting around 2008, giving them a rich history of nearly 15 years. Lunaria is an exclusive collection of 5 and 6-bedroom villas, each spread across four levels: basement, ground, first, and second floors. The community comprises 40 villas, launched in 2021, with handover scheduled for 2024.
The villas are organized into two main rows. The first row, facing Downtown Dubai, features the largest plots, while the second row has slightly smaller plots. The first villas were completed in 2023, with the majority expected to be finished by the end of 2024.
