The Residences at Al Barari is an ultra-luxury villa community featuring nearly 190 standalone mansions. These grand homes are divided into four distinct types: A, B, C, and D. Type A villas are the largest, with each subsequent type decreasing in size, and while all have unique floorplans, Types A and B share more similarities with each other, as do Types C and D. The Residences were developed with handovers starting around 2008, giving them a rich history of nearly 15 years. Their Mediterranean-style architecture and exceptionally spacious rooms set them apart from other developments.

Lunaria is an exclusive collection of 5 and 6-bedroom villas, each spread across four levels: basement, ground, first, and second floors. These luxurious homes come fully equipped with high-end amenities, including a gym, sauna, cinema, rooftop pool, and boathouse. The community comprises 40 villas, launched in 2021, with handover scheduled for 2024.

The villas are organized into two main rows. The first row, facing Downtown Dubai, features the largest plots, while the second row has slightly smaller plots. Notably, all villas in the back row come with pool houses, whereas only 4 villas in the second row are equipped with them. A unique feature of the back row is its proximity to the Sheikh’s private zoo. From the top two floors of these villas, residents enjoy views of the zoo’s animals as well as stunning Downtown views, creating a truly one-of-a-kind living experience.

Owners had the option to upgrade to a 6-bedroom layout, though most opted to keep the 5-bedroom configuration, adding to the bespoke nature of Lunaria’s homes.

The Collection is one of the final phases in Al Barari’s prestigious residences section, launched in early 2020. Unlike other developments, The Collection was sold as plots, allowing individual developers the opportunity to build custom-designed homes. Plot sizes range from 10,000 to 22,000 sq. ft., offering ample space for creating unique luxury villas.

The first villas were completed in 2023, with the majority expected to be finished by the end of 2024. Initially, the plots were priced between 6 to 7 million AED, but following the completion of several homes, prices have skyrocketed, with some sales exceeding 65 million AED.
